Refunds / Cancellation Policy​

 

Registration fees are due upon booking and are 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to the event, 50% refundable 14-29 days prior to the event, and non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Any refunds are net of credit card processing fees.

 

If a tour is cancelled for weather or any other reason, registration fees will be transferable to another tour in the same calendar year or refunded (net of credit card fees) if future tour capacity is unavailable.
